Unified communication start up firm Radish Systems (News - Alert) has come up with the second generation of its ChoiceView software, which is already transforming the ways how businesses communicate with its employees, customers and prospects.

Radish Systems' ChoiceView technology is enterprise software and Communications-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform that allows businesses to instantly deliver any visual content requested by a mobile device user during a mobile phone call.

ChoiceView has been designed to allow visual information to be shared during a phone call with smart mobile device users using any phone, any network. Thus the system allows smartphone users to receive complex visual information delivered by a business while simultaneously talking to a customer service or technical support representative.

The latest version of the software, the ChoiceView 2.0 comes with much-anticipated two-way photo/video send features. The “Two-Way Visuals with Voice!” feature allows domestic as well as international callers to both send photos and videos and see any visuals while talking or texting on any network with mobile devices. Thus with Radish ChoiceView, both callers and agents can now “See it and Hear it!” while talking or texting.

By taking guesswork off what callers are talking about, ChoiceView 2.0 ‘two-way visuals with voice’ feature simplifies the conversation and result in 5 times more understanding for both parties. These new SendView features are designed to benefit many types of transactions such as mobile commerce, technical support, and health care, Radish said in a press release.

For businesses that want to improve customer service worldwide, adding instant two-way visual and voice exchange to mobile transactions is a dream coming true. For the domestic and international mobile device users, the system facilitates sending of photos and video clips without needing to leave the voice call or chat session.

ChoiceView 2.0   allows the contact center agents to seamlessly send any visual data  such as graphics, photos, documents, diagrams, videos, etc. to the customers and also to see the caller’s photos/videos.

“We know that shaving seconds from average calling time can save companies millions. Radish is improving mobile ‘voice with visuals’ communications with ChoiceView. New ChoiceView features are a dream-come-true for many businesses and care providers that no longer have to guess what callers are talking about. Callers can simply send a photo or video while talking or texting with a ChoiceView-enabled business. Of course ChoiceView already enables callers to receive any type of visual data from businesses. It will save time and increase callers’ satisfaction to actually send photos instantly of their damaged cars, for example, while talking to insurance company agents. Technical and customer support, for example, are simplified when both parties have ‘Wow, now I see what you are talking about moments,” Radish CEO Theresa Szczurek summed up in a statement.
